If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product purchased from this website, he/she can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it.

The buyer has to request for a return by sending an email to support@circuitcastle.com with the exact reason or description for returning the product.

The Returns and Refunds eligibility are subject to the terms and conditions described in the “Return/Refund or Exchange Policy” section of Terms and Conditions.

Before Returning the product:

The buyer has to make sure that all of the following tasks are performed before returning the product:

  • All personal data has been backed up and erased from the device.
  • All the user accounts are removed from the device.
  • Factory Data Reset is performed on the device.
  • SIM card and/or memory card, if originally not included with the device, is removed.
  • Any accessory, if originally not included with the device, is removed.
  • Any case or protective film, if originally included with the device, is removed.
  • Device is freed from the carrier and/or contracts.
  • For iPhones, following steps are performed:
    • Device is synced with iTunes and backed up.
    • iMessage is turned off inside Settings-> Messages
    • Apple ID/iCloud Account and passcodes are removed.
    • Find My iPhone is turned-off and IMEI/ESN is checked on the following link to confirm that Find My iPhone is turned off: https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. Please wait for at least 15 business days for a refund to appear in your statement. If you have not received a refund after that, check with your financial institution and/or Credit Card Company.  If you have not received the refund even after that, please contact us at support@circuitcastle.com with the transaction details and we will help you out.
