The cosmetic condition of the phone sold on this website is described by the following Grades:

  1. New (w/o box): Phone is unused. New Cosmetic Condition. No scratches and/or dents. Does not come with its original box or accessories.
  2. Like New: Phone may have negligible scratches. No dents. Like New cosmetic Condition, Circuitcastle Certified, perfect working condition. May have minor screen burn.
  3. Grade A: Phone may have minor negligible scratches and/or occasional dings. May have minor screen burn. Excellent cosmetic condition, Circuitcastle Certified, perfect working condition.
  4. Grade B: Phone has minor scratches on screen and/or back over and/or minor dings on frame. May have minor screen burn/Image Retention. Very Good Cosmetic condition, Circuitcastle Certified, perfect working condition.
  5. Grade C: Phone has heavy scratches on screen/back cover and minor dings of frame. May have noticeable screen burn/image retention.  Circuitcastle Certified, perfect working condition.
  6. Refurbished: Phone is manufacturer refurbished. Refurbished smartphone may be unused customer return or it may be defective smartphone that was returned under warranty, and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function. It does not come with any warranty.
