All products sold on this website are sold in as is condition and do not come with any manufacturers or sellers guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason prior to delivery of the product. In case the order is cancelled by Circuitcastle Technologies, a full refund will be issued. When you make a purchase, you agree that consumables like battery may or will not work like a new one because they have a limited life span. Purchase price does not include any data/ service plan that may be required to make the product fully functional. Any service/connection or data plan needed to make the product fully functional is the buyer’s responsibility.

  1. Shipping Policy:

The Seller pays for the shipping charges within United States unless otherwise specified. We do not ship any product internationally. If the product is lost or damaged during shipping due to any reason including but not limited to accident, natural disaster, mistake, or any other cause, the seller will not be held responsible for any such loss or damage. All products are sent with tracking information by United States Postal Services or other postal services to avoid any fraudulent claims of not receiving the product. Circuitcastle Technologies keeps track of all products shipped and once the product is shown as received using the tracking information from the shipping company, Circuitcastle Technologies will not entertain any claims related to non-receipt of the product. If the buyer tries to make any fraudulent claims of not receiving the product which has been declared as delivered by the shipping company, we reserve the right to refuse refund for the product, or entertain any such claims with exchange or compensation of any kind. In addition to this, we can refuse further services to the buyer and if necessary take legal action against the buyer for any fraudulent claim or compensation charges.

  1. Return/Refund or Exchange Policy:

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product purchased from this website, he/she can return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving it. The buyer has to request for a return by sending an email to support@circuitcastle.com with the exact reason or description for returning the product. The Returns and Refunds eligibility are subject to the terms and conditions described below:

3.1 Returns Eligibility Criteria:

3.1.1 Returns for the product is initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

3.1.2 The product is unused and in its original condition.

3.1.3 The product includes all the original packaging, boxes, accessories, chargers and everything that was included with it.

3.1.4 The product is never disassembled and/or no parts are removed, replaced or missing.

3.1.5 The device, accessories, chargers and/or anything that was included with the product are not missing or replaced with other similar item(s).

3.1.6 The device is not locked with any passcodes/passwords/pins or Touch IDs, Finger-Print/Face recognition Passwords or any other form of password which prevents the seller from accessing/using the product in its original form.

3.1.7 The device is not Rooted or Jailbroken.

3.1.8 The device is not flashed with Custom or Non-standard Operating System.

3.1.9 The device’s bootloader and/or firmware are not altered.

3.1.10 The device is not linked to any carrier or contracts.

3.1.11 The device is not involved with the breach of any contract with the carrier or other party.

3.1.12 The device is not blacklisted or marked with bad ESN/IMEI.

3.1.13 The device is not reported as lost or stolen.

3.1.14 The device is not used for any illegal activities.

3.2 Refunds Criteria:

Refund is issued if the following criteria are met:

3.2.1 The product is returned within 30 calendar days from delivery.

3.2.2 The product passes the above-mentioned Returns Eligibility Criteria.

3.2.3 The product is not lost or damaged in transit.

3.2.4 The produce is not locked with any passwords, passcodes or pins.

3.2.5 The product passes all the Circuitcastle’s multi-point inspections including but not limited ESN/IMEI background verification checks.

3.2.6 The device’s bootloader warranty bit does not show void.

3.3 Before Returning:

The buyer has to make sure that all the following tasks are performed before returning the product:

3.3.1 All personal data has been backed up and erased from the device.

3.3.2 All the user accounts are removed from the device.

3.3.3 Factory Data Reset is performed on the device.

3.3.4 SIM card and/or memory card, if originally not included with the device, is removed.

3.3.5 Any accessory, if originally not included with the device, is removed.

3.3.6 Any case or protective film, if originally included with the device, is removed.

3.3.7 Device is freed from the carrier and/or contracts.

3.3.8 For iPhones, following steps are performed:

  • Device is synced with iTunes and backed up.
  • iMessage is turned off inside Settings-> Messages
  • Apple ID/iCloud Account and passcodes are removed.
  • Find My iPhone is turned-off and IMEI/ESN is checked on the following link to confirm that Find My iPhone is turned off:https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/

Note that Circuitcastle Technologies shall not be responsible to protect any personal data/user accounts from a returned device, nor provide any assistance with the data recovery.

Circuitcastle Technologies does not provide assistance with returning any of the buyer’s items including but not limited to SIM-cards, Memory-Cards, Cases, Screen-Protectors, etc., received as part of returns.

Circuitcastle Technologies does not provide exchange for any product sold.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. Please wait for at least 15 business days for a refund to appear in your statement. If you have not received a refund after that, check with your financial institution and/or Credit Card Company.  If you have not received the refund even after that, please contact us at support@circuitcastle.com with the transaction details and we will help you out.

The buyer cannot make any legal claims for any kind of compensation against Circuitcastle technologies for a order cancelled by the company. Circuitcastle Technologies assures the buyer to provide full refund if the order is cancelled by the company for any reason.
